If Herbie had a degenerate older fuck up of a brother who was just released from prison, who drank, smoked himself to death, gets into fights and slays different hookers each night it would be Black Lightning. Black lightning is the new film from the guys who brought us the excellent Night Watch and Wanted, Timur Bekmambetov is producing this time but judging from this trailer you can expect the same kind of insanity and wicked visuals as his previous flicks.
