Man, I know I’m in the minority but I actually liked the original Daredevil! I feel it got unnecessarily ragged on because of Ben Affleck… who I feel is a pretty decent actor. Anyway the guys over at Fox have apparently greenlit a Daredevil reboot, hiring “Keanu” The Day the Earth Stood Still writer David Scarpa. Is there anyone out there that liked the remake of ‘The Day the Earth Stood Still’?? Presumably Scarpa will work some kind of Klaatu nanomachine device into Hells Kitchen for the blind superhero’s return?
My thoughts… not everything needs a reboot!! Just improve on the faults of the first flick! Batman Begins didn’t make a ton of money at the box office and look how great The Dark Knight turned out! Ok, I know Batman begins was a much better flick, but I feel Mark Steven Johnson’s “Daredevil” deserves a better fate than this… give him a sequel!!
