Fucking Mark Wahlberg!?!! I’ve got nothing against Mark Wahlberg, I actually think he’s a decent actor, but he’s certainly not The Crow!! According to Bloody Disgusting Relativity Media have offered Wahlberg the role, yes offered doesn’t mean he’s actually officially taken the role… but still. Hopefully Marky Mark has more sense than to try and take over Brandon Lee’s iconic role, if they’re going to reboot it then it’s definitely got to be a newcomer. Any A-lister trying to fill the late Brandon’s boots would have to be fucking mad.

by far my fav film ever. the original that is and should never be repeated.
some of what ive read so far puts either Mark Wahlberg in the drivers seat but some are saying it may be Ethan Peck of The Sorcerers Apprentice and Ten Things I Hate About You (the series).
The thing about the crow was the fact it was made in such a dark manner, very gothic but still managed to carry off the story of revenge for the death of a lost love. Brilliant.
ok the second film City of Angels was also a good but started the wheels turning for a hollywood make as much money as you can franchise.
the crow salvation jumping through all the hoops on the franchise check list:-
dead loved one, dead self, revenge, metal/hard rock music = $$$.
WRONG
was ok film but still not a patch on the earlyer films. then for some reason they made the crow Wicked Prayer with the ex john conner from terminator 2 in the lead role. what a load of garbage from top to tale. David Boring-arnes (Angel) as the bad guy. the film that never should have happend.
so to sum up they should not re-make a classic at all and if they do they should at least bring Tim Burton on as this is his thing dark and dank but hopefull. JT(Quote)
