Hey Filmtwats, here is a new poster for the soon to be released indie flick Monsters is causing quite a stir, not only does it look awesome, but all the more so because it was made for a mere $15,000. Now that it’s too far out of anyone’s reach – just goes to show people, if you have a great idea and enough determination magical things can happen!
Here’s the synopsis for the film:
Six years ago NASA discovered the possibility of alien life within our solar system.
A probe was launched to collect samples, but crashed upon re-entry over Central America.
Soon after, new life forms began to appear there and half of Mexico was quarantined as an INFECTED ZONE. Today, the American and Mexican military still struggle to contain “the creatures”… Our story begins when a US journalist agrees to escort a shaken American tourist through the infected zone in Mexico to the safety of the US border.
Monsters premiers On Demand, Xbox Live, Playstaion Marketplace and Amazon on September 24th and has a cinematic release on October 29th.
