People who know me, know that I’m kind of a geek like this… But, I couldn’t help but post this footage after viewing it. This is fascinating because -- it’s some of the earliest colour footage you will ever see. This historical footage shows Kodak testing their Kodachrome film for the first time in 1922 and includes a number of actresses all posing in various ‘true’ period clothing.

This is both kinda fascinating and scary… watching anything in colour makes anything seem timeless!? But, with anything old - its often misunderstood and in the wrong context - this footage looks pretty haunting. Hey, rather than send that cheating ex-girlfriend or boyfriend death threats, why not just burn this on DVD, wrap it up in a tatty old wedding dress and leave it on that special persons front door. I promise you – upon collecting the strange gift first thing in the morning -- that said person will never leave the house/apartment on their own… ever again.
